RETURNS POLICY

Do you want to return something? Wrong Size? Want a different colour? No problem!

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), exchange or store credit note. Please note we do not offer refunds/exchanges on Sales Items, Lashes, Lash Sets or Nail Sets.

Items must be returned in their original condition, this means unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached and all in original packaging.

Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact. Some examples of items which are packaged with this seal are; earrings, swimwear, underwear, etc.

All goods will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item not to meet our standards, resulting in your items being returned to you

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure all returns are packed properly, securely and cannot get damaged along the way.

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges & return courier charges.

We will refund your purchase within 48hrs of receiving the goods. Please note your bank may take a few more days to credit your account

We’ll send you an email as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the refund has been applied to your account.

If for any reason your replacement is unavailable, we’ll automatically refund you and send you an email to let you know.
